MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Men of D.I.S.T.I.N.C. Incorporated shall be to build character, self-esteem, and virtue in the lives of males, particularly African American males. While this is directly linked to the service of our community, it shall also be our personal goal to make positive strides toward the service of our local community, regional community, national community, and ultimately provide a world-altering service to all humanity with the assurance that a D.I.S.T.I.N.C. change has been made.

PURPOSE STATEMENT

Men of D.I.S.T.I.N.C., Incorporated is a private, 501(c)(10) non profit organization, that serves as a collective of progressive, college-educated and professional individuals, whose purpose is to support, serve, and empower LGBTQ+ people of color and other underserved communities through established programs, community outreach, and mentorship.

SCOPE OF SERVICE

Men of D.I.S.T.I.N.C., Incorporated (MOD) prides itself in being a service-based organization whose programs, initiatives, and efforts focus on three areas:

Personal and Professional Development
LGBTQ+ Advocacy and Empowerment
